First of all you didn't send any item at all despite me placing an order on your website. When I rang up after a 10 days to see what had happened and why I hadn't received anything I was told that the Sniper Strap I had ordered was no longer available despite the fact that you had taken the money for it. I was then promised by one of your operators a different Sniper Strap in compensation for the missing strap which I was promised would be delivered by that Thursday in time for 2 weddings that I was shooting that weekend which was why I had ordered the strap. The Sniper Strap never turned up and when I rang again on the following Monday to see what had happened I was told that it had never been dispatched, it turned up on that Thursday 6 days after I needed it. This was over 2 1/2 weeks from ordering to receiving the Sniper Strap that I had ordered. I find this highly unsatisfactory, and it will be a long time before I purchase from your website again.
