Was looking for a Nikon D500 body - a new camera and not yet commonly available. Calumet website offered pre-order, so I spoke to Alex in the local (Glasgow) office who said he would place one on order for me. Got an e-mail two days later saying they had located one and would let me know when it was available for collection. Result - a camera in my hands within 5 days which allowed me to get familiar with it before a special event about 6 weeks later. Well done Calumet, Alex and his colleagues in Glasgow office. I should add that I have had many similar experiences of such service from Calumet Glasgow - Well done to all involved.
