I reserved my camera and lens on the web and called in the next day to collect. I arrived, was meet with a warm welcome even though they didn't know me from Adam... I talked the purchase through with Tommy in Glasgow, who was very helpful. I spent nearly two hours mainly confirming that I was purchasing the correct gear, I was shown cheaper products and was under no pressure to complete my purchase. In the end I came away sure I was buying the right gear for me. All I can say is this is an excellent store that gives great advice. AAA+++
