Buying a new and expensive lens was all good.
However I left an old Pentax for repair a few weeks ago, paid £30 to cover cost of post and estimate. As yet I have not yet been told whether it is worth fixing or how much it will cost despite enquiring at least twice.
Staff friendly and helpful.
