I had one of my best shopping experience at Calumet Birmingham!
The ladies were very friendly and chatty, I felt really welcomed there and walked out with a new lens which I really like.
I can say the same about your Hamburg store as well, the guys helped me making the right decision after trying about 5-6 lenses, even my German is a bit rusty we managed to find a mutual ground.
