Disgraceful postage charges. I bought 2x£20 gift vouchers for my dad and got charged £7.99 postage. A first class stamp costs 64 pence! Totally unjustifiable. When I emailed to query this I got no help whatsoever. Their customer care is a joke and Andrew Shirley does not know that Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom.
Edit: After seeing my original review, Calumet have refunded my postage charge in full. Satisfactory outcome.
