Ran low on ink for Eoson 3880 on a Saturday afternoon. Checked website showed as in stock. Rang to confirm but they could not get through to give a difinitive answer, but it was Saturday a busy day, took a chance got the ink. Might have got it cheaper on line but not as quickly. Staff helpful and knowledgabe
