I think the person who dealt with us was called Tom. We required a stand for a new virtual reality camera. Tom helped us find the right stand and also give us the option to try out a lighting rig which we plan to possibly purchase in the future.
Not only was the service great, but Tom actually had a great personality and made the visit friendly as well as helpful.
I would like to add that all staff had smiles and seemed very friendly and approachable.
