First, their price was very competitive. Secondly, although I had to wait for my camera to become available this was common across all suppliers, and I received my order at the earliest opportunity. I was kept informed of the progress of the order all along. After-sales service was excellent, with a workable solution provided for my problem of how to download Raw images in Photoshop CS6 on my Apple computer. All in all an exemplary service I will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
