I ordered an item online. I went to collect but my order but it wasn't ready. It a bit long to get it for me. There was a lot of computer looking and phone calls without engaging with me or explaining what happened. Got the message in "the third person" by his conversation on the phone.
The best part was the Sales Assistant didn't put any problems when I realised I've ordered the item I wanted in the wrong size. Got the different item and the refund was very quick.
