I recently purchased a new DSLR and was able to negotiate on the price. This was done without hassle and I was served by a very helpful and pleasant member of staff. On the down side, the camera was not delivered on the day promised and collecting on another day was inconvenient to me. However, every help was offered to chase the delivery and keep in touch.
