I have visited the Hagley Road, Birmingham branch on numerous occasions, and have always felt that I was treated fairly and with consideration. All the major photo outlets in my town have closed so having access to people who know their business and care about their customer is very pleasing, and reassuring. I recently attended their open day and got to sample some goodies, and ended up spending a fair bit of money. I prefer to deal face to face rather than buy online, and the staff were brilliant.
