I purchased some items last week and to be honest the service was a bit below par, I recieved an E Mail feedback form and filled in my experience, honestly expecting to hear nothing further. Imagine my surprise when I was phoned by the new manager Mr Mason. He explained the issue and apologised. This has to be the first time I can remember that negative feedback I have entered anywhere that has had a response. I have to say that I was impressed by their attitude and to be fair I normally have a positive experience at Calumet so I will definitely be returning.
