I made telephone contact regarding the purchase of a lens and received really constructive advice from the manager on the phone. She ordered the lens and it was at the shop in just over a week. My visit to collect the item was relaxed and helpful form the assistant. I felt under no pressure to buy and was pleased to have been offered the chance to sell back an older lens. I have recommended the shop to a colleague with similar interests. Thanks.
