Not entirely sure that they did ... I had an issue with a 1700 pound lens that was eventually left unresolved as a NFF after being sent to Canon uk ( who poorly attempted to scrub off the markings one the barrel I was complaining about.) Calumet however provided me with a replacement lens for the duration that I was without my own one which was appreciated ...
