I have bought a number of items at 2 of the shops the staff are genuinely helpful and leave you to browse without the annoying "can i help" Its a pleasure to be able to look and see items of interest. We recently bought a reflector and was sold the wrong item a return was carried out instantly and with no fuss. The offer of 30% of Calumet products is also amazing well worth shopping when this offer is on
