I went in looking for a new camera bag and not only did I find one that suited but I got a£10 off when I exchanged my old bag. I also had staff look at my tripod which had two legs slipping. Not completely fixed but further advise given and should be able to fix the problem with some new screws from Giotis. Good day, great service. Thanks
