I went into buy a Nikon lens, and unfortunately when I got home I couldn't get the lens cover off the back. So I rang up and asked if there was a trick to undoing this cap. To be safe and without trying to force it off I thought it best to take it back and let the professionals do it. I was so pleased when they could prize off this cap. Anyway they ordered me a new one and replaced it without any hassle, they even offered to have it delivered to my home address which was inconvenient at the time, so I collected it and all is good
