Hi, My experience at the Calumet Photo Drummond St.: I have purchased the LED Panel: Quality - 7/10. Price - 5/10 Service - always fast and not complicated, helpful staff, honest opinions! 10/10. A while ago I have purchased the Calumet Magic arm with a bracket to the camera. From the first time I used the bracket - i screw my camera to the bracket and from then on the bracket stayed with my camera for ages. Not that I wanted - it just broke in the connection part. This I would rate 2/10, but as I haven't made my way with a camera back to Calumet. Can't say they wouldn't help me with that. Always enjoy Calumet! Thank You for making my life better.
