The softbox was delivered next day, as promised. It was securely packaged and arrived in good condition. My only criticism is that I wasn't informed of the progress of the parcel - some companies allow tracking and provide updates, with an estimated delivery time. Knowing the ETA would save me having to wait at home until the delivery arrives.
