I have always found your staff very helpful, courteous and from my point of view always willing to go the extra mile and I always recommend the company to friends. Whilst making contact I recently purchased a Calumet Pro Series 845 Medium Shoulder Bag (Christmas gift to myself), the strap which incorporates A NON SLIP PAD. The performance of the NON SLIP PAD leaves a lot to be desired, always slipping of my shoulder. Any ideas how this could be improved? Perhaps someone could get back to me.
