The Speedlight Flash, Remote Release and camera batteries were all satisfactory.
Being asked by you that I should email photo ID and a utility Bill prior to sending my order, sounded frankly, like an email scam, particularly as this order for camera equipment totalled only £330, which I'm sure you will agree, is rather small scale value. I don't feel that emailing photo ID is a safe practice.
