The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, give good advice and have a genuine interest in the customer. There is no hard sell and no rushing people out of the door. Each time I visit the store, I can freely wander around looking at products without someone jumping on my case and trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I genuinely feel the customer comes first. The store also has a great selection of products and I also like the ease of trading in 2nd hand gear. Its quick and painless. I really can't fault Calumet in anyway at all and is my first port of call when ever I need anything.
