I always find the staff in the Glasgow branch to be very friendly and they all know their stuff. On this occasion as on many of my other visits I was served by Tommy. Tommy always remembers what I previously purchased and goes out of his way to be helpful and always gives out good advice without the hard sell tactics found in other retail outlets. All in all this visit like all other visits to the branch was very enjoyable and I am very pleased with the purchase I made.
