I walked into the store and was given a bit of time to look around (which I appreciate far more than being accosted at the door!) and was then approached by one member of staff who listened carefully to what I was looking for before asking one of his colleagues to help, as he was more of a video specialist. His advice was great, we went through some options together, had a friendly chat and I left with exactly the bit of kit I was after, with no sense of being pressured to buy, or being up-sold.
