The 'large' tripod bag that I purchased on-line was much larger than I had expected so I drove up to Drummond Street to return it. I had paid £28.99 for this bag, which included postage of £4.99. I was assured that the refund would be in my account within three to five working days from Tuesday 21st. March. £24.00 has been returned to my account today, Tuesday 4th. April. £4.99 for postage was retained. Since writing my original evaluation, I have been informed that this sum of £4,99 has now been returned to my account, for which I am very grateful. In light of this action I will have no hesitation, in future, in purchasing all of my major photographic items once again, from Calumet.
