I was able to walk in and get my sesor cleaned in 4 hours no major fuss. on return at the appointed time the camera was ready and waiting. I had along chat with the sales assistant who understood the Sony system and was very knowelable even tempmpting me to consider an upgrade of my RX1r!! Enjoyed the experience
