In recent months I have received more diabolical customer care and service ie.
I was promise next day delivery for a filter pack I needed for the weekend, they did not arrive, I had to cancelled the order, but they still sent them on the Monday.
On another order I purchase a wacom tablet, this time I was promise a replacement with out any problem for the box was damage. I took the tablet back for I was having some problems with it, I was offered a repair.
Another long line of hope less care, I have received from your company over the years.
