My online experience recently at Calumet was good , actually . I spoke with a very helpful woman on the phone about a pretty major purchase which I had been planning to carry out in the store a short while previously but the service I received instore was extremely off-putting. The assistant treated me in a patronising and very offhand manner and made my decision even harder as he was so disinterested in helping me. Hats off to the online assistant who allowed me to talk through my indecision !
