i had to constantly chase the status of my order
when i purchased, i was given no indication of the very long time it would take to receive my items, and in the case of the camera and lens i'd bought, i have to prompt them to be sent in the first place
very sluggish process
but the phone team i spoke to were always very helpful and efficient
