Only one person at this company seems to have any knowledge of Canon Printers. Yes they delivered promptly but at branch level were unable to supply the expected level of sales information. The Canon Pro 10 can print CD's but the software to do this didn't load on install. Apparently it can be downloaded from the Canon website but only if you know where to look. I had to find a older copy from a previous Pixma model. Pity, an excellent product aimed at professionals but without the basic software package you would expect nor adequate professional support.
