I ordered an item "On back order" at the start of March and my payment was taken immediately.
From then on I received no communication indicating when i could expect to receive my product. Every month or so I called and was told that there was no news. After waiting 4 months I gave up and ordered something else. The guy who took my call said I would be offered a discount for waiting so long but then said he could not offer a discount on the replacement item.
Very poor service.
