I live a long way from the nearest Calumet Shop, but a quick phone call to the manager there resulted in a quick and suitable response to my query.
I had my camera repaired very swiftly, and I might add cheaply. I expected the bill to be larger, so a pleasant surprise.
All in all, a very efficient and friendly way of making for happy customers.
