I made a call looking for a specialist lens at short notice. Advised they had one and would put it aside. On arrival I was met with a warm welcome. Item had been put aside and was exactly what I wanted. No sales pressure to consider anything else but a kind offer to phone up at any time if I had any issues, queries,where they would be willing to offer advice as required. That impressed with the service that I'll be sure to return.
