I had a very good experience with Calumet. Found the product i wanted chatted to a guy online on your site. he answered all of my questions. Called customer service, reserved the camera. it was available even before my pick up time schedule. (they kept me informed via emails which was great) the service was even better at pick up and would most certainly shop here again. love the fact that you are also open in London. saw some products in the store that i didn't know i wanted :). i'm shocked i didn't even know you existed a month ago. love the fact that i can also hire equipment.
