Having had an account for over 30 years, I was used to going into Drummond Street, to get my purchases, and dealing with staff, who I thought didn't really want to be there ( they wanted to be photographers themselves and had chips on their shoulders !! ) BUT in the last years things have improved enormously !
Also impressed with ordering on line, very impressive fast delivery on items I have purchased recently !
