1. The new queuing system in your Drummond Street store is a great improvement. I used to stand for what seemed ages while the staff talked among themselves or just wandered around. Now they know that someone is waiting and seemed to have been trained to respond accordingly. 2. I came in to purchase a Genesis Powerblock battery pack to replace my deceased Quantum Turbo and was recommended a Powerpoint Duo 1000. Very good unit, works well with my SB800 but sadly it does not support my aged Nikon SB25 unit. 3. Excellent post-sales support when I raised this problem and brought the unit into the shop. For the record, the new Quantum units do still support the SB25, but neither Genesis product does.
