I am extremely happy as:
Firstly I got a good deal on my product, which improved a little more when it was clear there was an even better deal just up the road.
Secondly, and this is always the acid test, I had a problem with the product and it was replaced after only a relatively short discussion (c. 5 minutes), which really turned me into a satisfied customer.
