My Fuji x-T1 lens cap became stuck fast onto the lens. The sales staff were very busy but a rental person was willing to go get a small tool snd remove it safely. Then when I did see a sales person he didn't just try to sell me a nee one. He took time to lookat it and found that the spring had broken. He found me an excellent replacement. R Limoges
