I went to the Birmingham store looking to buy my first camera flash unit, I am a keen amateur and had considered buying online but was unsure whether my older camera was going to be compatible. The sales assistant was welcoming, listened to my needs, matched me with the perfect product, demonstrated its abilities and closed the sale. The whole experience was great, I felt valued as a customer, came away very happy with my purchase and would definitely chose to use the store again.
