Not very accurate photographs of the backdrop I ordered. The item was completely different to the one shown on your site.
When also trying to sort out my refund, your staff were not clear on the procedure and I had to wait on the phone on two occasions whilst he sought help on the next steps. I thought this was rather unprofessional for something which should be a common or at least standard procedure.
