I found the in store advice expertise to be great, however the web presence lets you down. I made a purchase at the start of July and the communication of what was actually happening was awful. After I placed an order I wasn't made aware of any ETA and then when the purchase did arrive at the store for collection, I only found out when I chased up to ask where the order was. It took around 4 weeks to finally get the item I wanted!
