As a previous customer I recently visited the Edinburgh shop to purchase a medium sized camera bag. From the first minute the two staff present were friendly and helpful answering my questions and offering advice. After being show several bags I chose a Manfrotto bag which was on special offer with 10% reduction. However the discount was not given at the check out because a long friendly chat with the two staff members and the discount was forgotten. I later phoned the shop and without hesitation they refunded my card with the 10% plus a bit extra discount for my trouble. Can't complain about that level of service. Would recommend them to anyone.
