Calumet staff are very good to deal with although we are having major problems with the delivery of our order to Malaga, Spain. The courier company SEUR that you use for the Spanish side of the delivery are useless and didn't call at our office at the times we work - they also didn't leave a slip to say they'd called and when we drove into Malaga city to collect the delivery from the head office we were told they had sent the order back to the UK. It says on their website that they keep deliveries for 7 days before returning them, but they returned it after 5 days. You cannot speak to them over the phone as everything is automated. We now have to wait a further 2 to 3 weeks for the order to get back to us after already having waited 3 weeks!
