I knew what product I intended to buy before I went into my local Calumet branch. After a brief look around, I was approached by a friendly member of the team. I explained what I was interested in and my budget. The Calumet team member knew exactly which products would be suitable to my needs and kept my budget in mind as they started to show me the best options. I was very impressed (as always) with their subject knowledge and their practical uses. Having narrowed my options down, the Calumet team member explained the finer points of my selections before allowing me time to consider my options. I asked a few more difficult questions which I didn't really expect the team member to be able to answer, so I was surprised when they showed their extensive knowledge and answered most ably. My decision was made, based on the knowledge and my preference of the options. The Calumet team member boxed up my purchases and made sure I was happy with what I was getting; they were even able to guide me to a summer offer of a freebie from the manufacturer as well! The freebie normally retails at £84 - so my money was very well spent in Calumet! I'll be using Calumet time and again as my business expands and my equipment needs upgrading (continuing to hire kit from Calumet in the meantime!) in the future. ??????????
