Fantastic customer service, excellent response when enquiring about lead time on a back ordered item and sent it super quick once it was back in stock. All responses were friendly and personal, rather than cut & paste (or no response at all like certain Big competitors!) Calumet also came in about 20% cheaper than others and used a reliable, fast courier
