I came from Liverpool to Manchester to buy Manfrotto Stand /Umbrella ( advertised by email) but when i got there nobody had a clue.. showed them the advert and was then informed this it was only a stand for amazing value of £89 quid.. no umbrella.. I said advert was very misleading... smart mouthed assistant said " well the flash is not included either" nicer assistant did me a deal for cheap umbrella, so in the end was OK.. London Euston visit: surly none talking assistant served me while other chatted up pretty young lady not buying anything.. felt I was in the way.. I'm a pro shooter for 20 years and this happens all the time. I'd get better service if I had tits, was 20 years younger and bought zit! Well you did ask...
