I was told my item was not in stock, although I had pay up front.
After the intended date for the arrival two weeks) arrived without trace of the goods, I contacted the shop via phone a few days later. The goods arrived a couple of days later after my call.
I am pleased my equipment wasn't worth a lot of money in relative terms, otherwise I would have been most concerned.
Customer satisfaction could have been enhanced considerably by one telephone call to me!
