I visited with a few questions, these were informatively answered, the correct bowens dish was purchased and my cameras were taken with great care for sensor cleaning. There were no eyebrows raised when I didn't know the exact equipment numbers and I was happily back on the tube in no time, thinking that I couldn't wait to get home and ring the lease company to sort out an upgrade.
