Calumet has always been super fast with it's delivery, and for that I thank them.
However I do wish I could receive emails when my items had been dispatched, as receiving no notice sometimes worries me.
I once ordered 4 backdrop rolls for a shoot with a tight deadline and 2 had oversold during the process (which is understandable), however I received no email or call telling me they had oversold, and when they would be back in stock.
I'm a happy customer that will always return back to Calumet, but I do wish there was a bit more contact through emails.
